• Redesigned onboarding, cutting time to first insight from 11 minutes to 4 and lifting activation by 23 percent.
• Established the company's first design system, reducing design-to-development handoff time by a third.
• Ran 60 user interviews across two quarters and turned them into a prioritised roadmap adopted by three product teams.

• Shipped a dashboard builder that raised daily active usage 18 percent in its first quarter.

Designed client products across fintech, healthcare and e-commerce.

• Led the redesign of a healthcare appointment flow, reducing booking abandonment from 34 to 19 percent.
• Ran accessibility audits on six client products and brought each to WCAG 2.1 AA.

Supported senior designers on web and mobile projects, with a focus on research and interaction design.

• Contributed wireframes, flows and visual assets to nine mobile app releases.
